Good news is that I ship internationally. Please keep in mind that custom fees might be applied before delivery, this is your responsibility and not included in the shipping costs. Hence I highly recommend EU customers to purchase via my Etsy shop: http://soleyandthebear.etsy.com/.

When do you dispatch my order?

Orders will go out twice a week, this means your order will usually be dispatched within 1-3 working days.

Which shipping company do you use?

All national and international orders, standard and tracked, will be shipped by Royal Mail.

How long will it take?

Delivery for the UK is 1-2 working days (not guaranteed). Please note that I only dispatch twice a week.

International parcels can vary between 5-10 working days for Europe and up to 3 to 4 weeks to the rest of the world.
